The City of Los Angeles’ ¡El Grito! telethon will benefit Angelenos hardest hit by COVID-19. In partnership with the organization Comunidades Indígenas en Liderazgo (CIELO), the benefit telethon will raise funds to support CIELO’s Undocu-Indigenous Fund.
The funds raised in this telethon will provide direct cash assistance to undocumented-indigenous people residing in Los Angeles, many of whom have been impacted by the pandemic and work in the service industry — serving and picking our foods, keeping our homes clean, making our masks, and keeping our city running.
Your support will provide relief directly to families left out from federal COVID-19 relief efforts.
